The Residence Formula includes:
One-room, two-room and three-room apartments with Safe, Reinforced door, Electric shutters,
TV-Sat LCD, Direct-dial telephone, Balcony, Shower-box, Hairdryer, Air-conditioning, Daily
cleaning excluding kitchenette, Complete linens with change, Washing machine available (in
common room), Kitchen equipped with dishes, Refrigerator, Microwave, Access to wellness
center, One parking space per apartment in underground garage.

On request and for a fee:
Take-away food and buffet breakfast, table reservation in the restaurant room, beach service
with 1 umbrella two sunbeds per apartment at Bagno Roma or Bagno 4 venti. Beach/pool towels
on request with deposit.
The Hotel Formula includes:

RESERVATION WITH DEPOSIT: in case you have to cancel up to 15 days beforearrival the amount paid as a deposit is TOTALLY refundable, after 15 days it will be converted into a HOLIDAY VOUCHER of the same amount to spend for a period of stay of the same duration at one of our facilities, compatibly with our availability, in the 2025 summer season.
